NJ Transit E8 4334 is exiting the engine terminal with E8 4305 to go into position for the electric-to-diesel engine switch with a GG1 on an incoming southbound commuter from Penn Station in New York City. 4334 was the only one of the former Southern E8s repainted in NJ Transit colors, albeit without the NJ Transit logo.
