| After about 4 hours of waiting in 95 plus degree temperatures, NS 213 with an solid CN and all-EMD consist finally came barreling through the town of Landis, NC. In the distance one will notice the new cantilever signal bridge, installed as part of the extensive PTC/ double tracking project. One might notice that the bridge isn't directly over the tracks- the new alignment will be moved several feet once the new rail is laid. |
