The 50th anniversary celebration for the Livonia, Avon & Lakeville wraps up with a night photo session at the Lakeville shop featuring three generations of LAL power. C425 No. 425 has just finished powering the day's 50th anniversary excursions, while RS1 No. 20 sits alongside. Also present is the railroad's first locomotive, a 44-tonner that now resides at the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum. This was the first set-up for night photos but watch out -- those spots in the sky are the first raindrops of what would quickly become a downpour.
