Remarks & Notes

Three 1965 products of EMD, all SD35’s, lead local train WJAL-18 west through what once was Richards yard on the Lehigh Valley on the last day of 1983. The PRR/PC unit is still a “patch job”, while the two former CNJ units have been freshly repainted from their original olive/yellow scheme into Conrail blue.
