| 100 years old electric locomotive Pa # 27 of the Swedish Railway Museum (Sveriges Järnvägsmuseum) with a beautiful rake of historic swedish cars on the line Gävle-Storvik-Avesta Krylbo on the occasion of the celebration of 100 years railway electrification in Sweden. The 665 kW 2' B 2' locomotive Pa 27 was built by ASEA in Västerås and delivered to the Statens Järnvägar in 1915 for passenger trains on the ore line Kiruna-Riksgränsen. Withdrawn in 1957 and now operational for the Swedish Railway Museum. In the rear of the train is the 1296 kW "small crocodile" Hg # 504 of the former Södra Dalarnas Järnväg, built in 1948 by ASEA. |
