Running light on its way back to Browns Yard, NS 5313 (GP38-2), running as Conrail Shared Assests Operations CSAO SA2, has the conductors follow procedures for non-signal crossings. Silver Line Windows was having safety upgrades along the siding in the factory the week prior which had cleared out all hopper cars from the property. With the return of rail service, SA2 only needed to drop off cars, allowing it to run long hood forward back to the yard without that splat car in tow.
