| It is a hot and humid day in the Twin Cities with storms approaching from the northeast. Typically the eastbound Empire Builder is through Minnesota and Wisconsin into the Chicago area by now, but the Empire Builder is currently delayed up to near 11 hours late when seen crossing over University Avenue and the Metro Transit Green Line in St. Paul, Minnesota. |
