I am uncertain as to the precise date and location, however this was upon a NRHS excursion from Philadelphia via Sunbury and thence down the Bald Eagle Branch to Tyrone. We toured the West Virginia Pulp & Paper plant there and then headed back the mainline to Philly at a respectable clip. I believe we are coming through the curve at Anderson, west of Lewistown, on well-polished four-track railroad as we meet an RS-27 and GP-30, still with inductive trainphone antennas, hauling coal cars west.
