The Queen of Steam, N&W J Class Nº611 is almost home as it greets hundreds of spectators in Webster, Virginia on it's maiden voyage which brings the vintage J into Norfolk Southern's 21st Century Steam Program. There were many noteworthy and historical facts created on May 30, 2015, and one such note is that Norfolk Southern's CEO Charles Wick Moorman makes his mark with his hand on the throttle of the J in this view while passing the classic N&W CPLs.
