Remarks & Notes

With NS President Wick Moorman at the controls, Norfolk & Western Class J 4-8-4 #611, is seen westbound across the Big Otter River Trestle on the NS Blue Ridge District. The train was clean burning and moving right along to the delight of many fans - rail and non-railfan alike.
