| East Switch of Carrizo Gorge Siding - A bolder has rolled off the hill side and lodge against the siding rail.
While the mainline is passable at this point, there are other rock falls at other locations between Carrizo Gorge Siding and Goat Canyon that would make passage impossible by high railer.
The clock continues to tick down as to whether this line will ever see another train, or just turn into the oddity that it is at the moment for hikers and mountain bikers, drug runners and illegal immigrants.
