Southbound manifest R539 is only a few miles out of West Knoxville Yard, heading toward Singleton siding, where he will have to stop and meet a northbound. The signals at this location are a bit odd, as they are "approach lit" signals. They only power up and illuminate if there is a train in their block. Otherwise, they are dark.
