Two Union Pacific employees inspect the track that caused a minor derailment in the Roseville Yard. Behind them, an overturned hopper car continues to drain "plastic sand" creating those large white piles. Within 24 hours of the derailment, UP had removed two of the rail cars and would soon be able to reopen the track.
