Remarks & Notes
The drab winter landscape in the woods at Elmhurst are brightened by the passage of five D-L ALCOs hauling grain loads east to Pocono Summit. This crew would soon be working the propane dealer and siding at Tobyhanna where cars for Bestway Lumber and the NS interchange would be added to the train.
