Remarks & Notes

A short 5000 foot M338 rolls off east near sunset. The train departed Waterloo at 19:15, and 30 minutes later the train is 18 miles east of Waterloo. Here the train works thru the hogbacks between Jesup and Independence. This train is the daily Waterloo, IA, to Kirk Yard, IN manifest train.
