A northbound BNSF manifest rumbles out of North Bow on the clear signal after sitting there for 15 minutes. Well, actually, the train had a clear signal the entire time, but the train and its dispatcher had problems with the train not registering with the PTC system and reports of a sticky brakes on one of the cars reported by mechanical desk after receiving a technical train detector report. The train did came to a stop at Bow. The crew was able to quickly fix the sticky brakes problem, but it was the PTC system that was giving both the crew and dispatch a hard time and ate up most of the time. The dispatch did a restart on the PTC console and was able to get the train back on the screen, but the onboard PTC system in the locomotive was still giving the crew problems with errors popping up. Eventually, the train did continued north, but because they were unable to successfully trouble shoot the PTC errors that the locomotive was receiving, the train had to continue north on a 10 MPH speed restriction all the way to Bellingham.
