NCTM staff member John Barnett gives the ease on back hand signal to the engineer aboard C&O 8016 (ex-CRR 800) during the Streamliners at Spencer event. The staff and volunteers of NCTM spent many long hours in planning and executing a once in a lifetime event. They all deserve a huge thank you for without them an event like this would not be possible.
