Your looking at the second unit of a Milwaukee Road head-on collision that occurred in Washington state. The units had just arrived in Milwaukee and were about to be moved to the back shops. A fatality occurred on this unit as a Brakeman was riding on this unit when the lead unit over-rode the 200. I remember TRAINs mag had a two page picture of the collision shot not long after it had happened.
