Remarks & Notes

This image is a bit of an experiment. This is just a very small portion of the full frame (thus some noise), and not the image I was trying to get. But the distant mountains looked nice, as did the low light on the sage with the rails wrapping around, so I came up with this crop of the much larger frame. The train has become a very subordinate part of the picture, the real subject being the rails, the sage, and the distant mountains. I like the result, but maybe I am becoming too artsy fartsy in my old age. I'm curious as to what others think.
