An Arthur, IA, to East Dubuque, IL, grain train is parked waiting for BNSF spacing at East Dubuque. Meanwhile M338 begins the task of doubling up and departing at Waterloo. Strong winds and snow has CN digging their plows out to put on trains tonight. M338 will depart for Chicago tonight with a wedge plow.
