Cutoff - A BNSF MOW (Maintenance of Way) worker uses a hydraulic cutoff saw to cut a one inch gap between the ends of two 136 lb. rail sections at the Fullerton Train Station. The rails will be joined using a Thermite reaction to produce molten iron - the kit with the ceramic crucible and the Thermite is in the white cardboard box to the right.
