Remarks & Notes 
In the Spring of 2004, EMD (still owned by General Motors) was performing some high altitude testing on its SD70ACes. No active mainline is higher than UP's Moffat Tunnel Sub, so up the hill they went. Here, two SD70ACes, an EMD test car, and an SD60 sit in the house track at East Portal.
