After making a slight pause at 30th St Station, the NS OCS is back under way in her trek towards Washington, DC. The Philadelphia Skyline provides the backdrop as a Penn Student makes his way back toward the campus oblivious to the fact that the passenger trains which pass him by everyday, this one is totally different!
