Remarks & Notes
Doubleheading on Anglo Platinum's Rustenburg system is a rare occurrence. Leased AR&TS ex- CFM Mozambique GE U20C #053 teams up with Anglo Platinum's GE C30EMP #3001 to move a load of empty hoppers out of the Klipfontein unloading track. Both locomotives were built by GE (Brazil), but 27 years apart. Photo taken with permission on Tanago's South Africa railfan tour.
