| The Empire Builder makes up good time lost during the night around Fargo by shortening the St. Paul station stop. From St. Paul to Chicago the train would not do any worse than a few minutes late, and it even arrived into Chicago Union Station 16 minutes early. Here the train picks up speed around the CP, BNSF, and UP yard areas after clearing the signals at Hoffman control point. |
