| A Blast From the Past: CSAO OI-16 throttles up on the Chemical Coast Secondary with two Ex-Erie Lackawanna SD45s. Both still obtain their original RS3Ls, however the 20 cylinder 645 prime mover was removed years ago and replaced with a standard 16 cylinder. |
