| Q268 passes the long closed Milan Tower on February 17, 2013. The future is looking up for the Indiana Sub as CSX has made significant infrastructure investments over the past year. Thousands of new ties, new ballast and even some new rail has allowed for speed limit increases to 40 mph in several areas between Cincinnati & Seymour, IN. |
