Switching cuts of cars at the former Southern Pacific West Colton Yard in Bloomington, California, is a trio of EMD six-axle power downgraded for yard use: UPY SD38-2 824 (ex-UPY 824, ex-UP 2824, nee-McCloud River 39), UP SD40-2 1581 (ex-UP 3298) and UP SD40N 1665 (ex-UP SD40-2 3463).
