Remarks & Notes

Two passenger locomotives, now out of work and on display at the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento on March 7, 2003. Both were built by Electro-Motive Division; Santa Fe F7 No. 347C built in 1949 and F40PH No. 281 built in 1978, face off on a nice sunny day. With this 17mm wide angle view, they almost look like angry cartoon locomotives ready to do battle with each other!
