| The three Mallet steam locomotives that have hauled all our charter trains during our Eritrean trip are shown on this photo. From the left to the right are: The 442 54, the 442 56 and the smaller 440 008. The old ladies are not in perfect technical condition, but they all survived the extensive use during our stay. |
