| I have had a couple questions from people why the PRC is hours on end of 10 mph. Well here is some of the reasons why. As you can see this old tired 90 pound rail needs replacing, and also there are some spots where the sub grade is very unstable. There is around 130-140 miles of 10 mph railroading out here between Pierre and Rapid City, some of the reason why CP is trying to sell this end of the ex-DM&E. |
