Another view of UP Turbine 3, at Cheyenne, Wy on May 11, 1968. Do not ask me why the coupler is freshly painted white --- I do not know. But I could suspect the locomotive or the tightlock coupler was going to be participate in tests, perhaps photographed up close, so they painted the coupler to "stand out?"
