Remarks & Notes

An aerial shot of Mojave, CA. The UP Mojave sub can be seen coming down from the mountains into its namesake town. Also visible on the right are several aircraft from the Mojave aircraft boneyard. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this photo is that it was taken from on board the NASA Shuttle Carrier Aircraft carrying the Space Shuttle Endeavour on its Final Mission. At this point the SCA has finished its High Desert flyovers and continues west towards LAX Airport.
