Changing of the Guard.. While CSX and contractor officials remove the remaining pieces to the C&O cantilever signal at 'FD Cabin', a CSX Communications & Signals employee cleans the exterior lens of the new absolute signal for the WAS 'FD Cabin'. The signal head will soon be positioned into place by hand, and secured before being activated and placed into service along CSX's Logan Subdivision east of Peach Creek.
