| New England Central Railroad's ARRA High Speed Rail project is winding down and during the next 45 days will be completely wrapping up. In the final months of work, ballast touch up is taking place on areas that still are in need of work. On July 11, a northbound ballast extra is seen crossing the Sugar River Trestle with TP&W GP40-2W 4053 and NECR GP38 3845 and the leased Herzog train.
