Remarks & Notes
On a busy afternoon in Opelika, a local resident finally gets across the tracks on her way home from shopping downtown. Right to left are train 215, an SCL run-through from Hamlet with a WP caboose added along with a cut of Montgomery cars in Atlanta, L&N run-through 214 waiting on the main, and the cab of local train 5. Out of sight between 214 and 5 is local train 6. The two locals will head out as soon as the big trains clear.
