A matched set of New England Central Railroad GP38s, 3845 and 3850, are leading a Herzog "Star Wars" ballast train past a rural home in Hartland, VT on the way to dumping south from Windsor, VT as part of the continued ARRA High Speed Rail Project on the NECR.
