Russell bound CSX Q317 charges through Mount Lake Park at track speed, west along the former B&O Mountain Subdivision east of Terra Alta. The Q316/Q317 manifests serve as one of the more long distance freight trains, originating and terminating out of Cumberland and Russell. The Q316/Q317 trains also serve as the only manifests out of Russell, KY to originate/terminate on B&O trackage, with most of the other freight trains terminating on former C&O and CRR trackage. In the background, the former B&O Tower at Mount Lake Park still stands with the CPL's still guiding trains over the Mountain.
