Seen from atop a wooden-deck bridge, on a rural road in south central Nebraska, this westbound BNSF manifest plows through some track work on their way to McCook. Within a month, the ties -- new & old -- would be gone, the track surfaced, and even the old CBQ searchlights replaced with PTC-compatible hardware.
