| It's minus 26 degrees below zero and the wind is coming out of the northwest giving a windchill reading of minus 40 degrees below zero so the National Weather Service issued an extreme weather alert for northern Minnesota. May as well go out railfanning! The crew on board the U-717 out of United Taconite hurries along to Proctor after getting their train and 140 cars of steaming pellets moving on this very cold morning. |
