Hugging the south banks of the Ohio River, Russell-Cumberland manifest freight, CSX Q316 catches the morning sun near Crown City, east along CSX's Ohio River Subdivision to Parkersburg. Standard cabs are a common sight on Q316 and it's counterpart, Q317 with EMD's being transported to and from both CSX's Huntington and Cumberland Locomotive shops.
