Remarks & Notes

Rare power on today's BNSF trackage rights train. The 9646 is the first SD70MAC leader in my memory, although I have seen a handful of these coal service units as trailing power here in Utah. Here it is hitting the 2.4% downgrade along Utah's Price River at Kyune siding.
