| With heavy rain and fog abound, the Vermont Rail System keeps on rolling with an 80-car empty ethanol train bound for Canadian Pacific interchange at Whitehall, NY. The train's helper locomotive - GMRC Alco RS-1 405 - is only in notch 4 at the Chester Depot on the way upgrade, but would soon dig in to give a hand to the head-end crew. |
