The changing of the guard. Amtrak's ownership of the NEC is less than two months old as GG-1s line up with the E60s bought to replace them. A yellow Ford Pinto with vinyl top stands guard. The weird and wonderful 70s... (Note CN plug door boxes in background that handled newsprint for the old Philadelphia Bulletin.
