Danbury, in southwestern Nebraska, is a very small town on the old Chicago Burlington & Quincy's St. Francis Line. When I first visited in 1980, the station was still located adjacent to the tracks. Today, the station has been moved downtown (well, to as much of a "downtown" as a town of about 100 people can have), was restored and is now the village's museum. This line, most recently owned by the Nebraska Kansas Colorado Railroad, has been abandoned.
