Remarks & Notes
A PRR Texas-type is being doubled to another PRR brute, probably for the purpose of dragging another coal load north to the docks at Sandusky. Doubleheaded steam was fairly common practice on these runs, the grade getting out of town required it. The numberplate to PRR 6490 is known to live on in a personal collection.
