Remarks & Notes
The first loaded ethanol train that ran over the VRS ran in an 80 car train. This required the VRS to use most of their fleet for this single move. In a pinch, when a unit fails or they become power short, the VRS will call GMRC 405 into freight service. Here we see the Alco RS 1 shoving WACR lettered 202 and some cars from interchange off the NECR up to Riverside for the days train 264 to take back to Rutland.
