African Rail & Traction Services (AR&TS) specialises in locomotive hire and leasing. AR&TS no. 052 is an ex- CFM (Mozambique) GE (Brazil) U20C on hire to Anglo Platinum and operating on their Rustenburg Platinum Mines system. Note the roof mounted air conditioner!
