While expecting to find NS power sitting at the east end of NS Watkins Yard, instead there was CSX power, which later lead the NS 071, a CSX detoured empty coal train, which is running over the NS West Virginia Secondary due to a bridge outage on possibly the CSX Gauley Sub. If anyone knows for sure what subdivision the bridge is out on, please let me know.
