WW&F Ry No 10 simmers just outside bay one of the Sheepscot engine house, building steam for the day ahead. Although No 10 was originally built for the Underwood, Short & Reeves sugar plantation as a 30-inch gauge engine, her proportions and looks are strikingly similar to an original Wiscasset steamer, W & Q No 1: http://www.wwfry.org/history/equipment/pics/engine1.jpg
